Answer 8 questions to evaluate whether you are ready to contact a contract supplement manufacturer. You will get a personalized readiness score, checklist, and guide recommendations.
How This Assessment Works
Eight questions cover the decisions that matter most when approaching a contract manufacturer: formulation readiness, production volume, budget, regulatory awareness, certifications, timeline, and where you are in the process. Each answer is weighted based on how much it affects a manufacturer's ability to give you an accurate quote.
Five Readiness Levels
- Early Research (7-11)
- Focus on understanding regulatory basics and defining your product concept before reaching out.
- Building Foundation (12-16)
- You have a direction. Finalize your dosage form, formulation approach, and target order size.
- Nearly Ready (17-20)
- Most fundamentals are in place. Address remaining gaps before requesting quotes.
- Manufacturer Ready (21-24)
- You are prepared to contact manufacturers and compare quotes effectively.
- Advanced (25-28)
- Focus on strengthening your supply chain, building redundancy, and tightening your compliance posture.
Contacting a manufacturer before you are ready wastes both your time and theirs. This assessment identifies specific gaps so you can address them first. Every result includes a personalized checklist and links to the guides most relevant to your situation.
