Contact Form Submissions

When you submit our Start a Conversation form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, and message. This information is sent to our team via email and is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Interactive Tools

Our Manufacturer Readiness Assessment and other interactive tools store your answers temporarily in your browser's session storage. This data never leaves your device, is not sent to our servers, and is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab.

Automatically Collected Information

Our web hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you visit. This data is used for security monitoring and basic site performance analysis.

Contact Form Data

Information you submit through our contact form is delivered to our team via email through Resend, a US-based email delivery service. Resend processes your submission data solely to deliver the email and is subject to their own privacy policy.

We retain inquiry submissions for up to 24 months for response and record-keeping purposes. To request deletion of your inquiry data, contact us using the information below.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics is configured with denied-by-default consent settings. While consent is denied, Google documents that its tags may still send limited cookieless pings for aggregate measurement; if you accept, Google Analytics can use analytics storage for fuller reporting. We do not use this data for advertising or to identify individual visitors.

When analytics consent is granted, we track custom events to understand how visitors interact with our tools. These events include: starting or completing the readiness assessment, answering assessment questions, viewing or submitting the inquiry form, and expanding optional form fields. These events contain no personally identifiable information and are used solely to improve our tools.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Since we collect minimal information (contact form submissions only), this typically means requesting that we delete the email record of your inquiry.
