Inventory Ready (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website at inventoryready.com and the sourcing services offered through it. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children.
Information We Collect
- Contact and business details: name, email address, phone number, company, role and website.
- Requests and project details: what you submit through our RFQ, Get Matched, workspace, listing and other forms, such as product type, specifications, volumes, timelines and files.
- Correspondence and documents: messages, attachments, calls and other communications between you, us and manufacturers, and the records our team creates about them.
- Newsletter signup: your email address and any optional answers. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
- Tools: what you enter into our calculators, builders, assessments and other tools, and the results.
- Usage and device information: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, events such as forms viewed or submitted and tools used, and information from cookies and similar technologies.
- Information from other sources: manufacturers, service providers, business partners and public sources.
How We Use Information
- To provide our services, including responding to requests, routing requirements to manufacturers and service providers, and relaying replies.
- To communicate with you, including about manufacturers, services, products and offers.
- To operate, secure, analyze and improve our website and services, and to develop new products, tools and features.
- To develop, train and improve artificial intelligence and machine-learning models, products and services, including with correspondence and documents.
- To create, use and publish aggregated or de-identified information, such as industry benchmarks and statistics.
- To market and advertise our services.
- To comply with law, enforce our terms and protect our rights, and for any other purpose we describe when we collect the information.
Who We Share Information With
- Manufacturers and service providers relevant to a request, and buyers when you are a manufacturer or service provider.
- Vendors that work for us, in categories such as hosting, databases, analytics, bot detection, email, collaboration, storage and AI. They have their own privacy policies.
- Our affiliates, meaning companies under common ownership with us.
- Business partners.
- A successor or potential successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business.
- Courts, regulators and others when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Manufacturers may pay us for directory listings, sponsorships, or introductions (see How We Get Paid). We and our providers process information in the United States and other countries.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which are cookieless, and we record custom events (for example, which guides and tools are used, when a form is viewed or submitted, and whether a visit arrived from an AI answer engine).
If you accept analytics cookies in our banner, we load Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect usage data. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can change your choice by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.
We do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals. Other parties, such as Google, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our website.
Retention
We keep information for as long as we have a business purpose for it.

This policy applies to information collected on or after its effective date. Information collected before that date stays under the policy in effect when it was collected, unless you agree, in writing or through a form we provide, to apply this one.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
